This policy explains how iQtions generates and privately delivers its digital career packages after verified payment.

Digital services only
iQtions provides software-generated digital career packages. We do not sell or ship physical goods in this product flow, so no physical shipping or shipping fee applies.
Depending on the selected plan, deliverables include the PDF, DOCX, ZIP, and Career Pro MP3 files described on the public pricing and order pages.
Preparation and delivery
After an order is successfully paid and verified, the customer's career package is prepared electronically. A payment return page alone does not confirm payment or start preparation.
Completed deliverables are attached to the authenticated package and made available through ownership-checked, short-lived signed downloads. The final plan ZIP is delivered through the customer's secure iQtions account.
Timing and delivery help
Any estimated preparation or delivery time is shown in the applicable service or order experience. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed employment or delivery outcome.
If a completed order cannot be accessed or downloaded, contact iQtions through the Contact Us page and include the order or package reference without sending passwords, card details, full CV content, or private download links.
