Terms of use for iQtions

These terms cover the public website, customer application, digital career package, payment, AI-assisted output, and acceptable use.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement. Provide information you are authorized to use, protect your credentials, and keep account details accurate. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing.

Checkout provides the current legal operator identity, address, governing terms, and contact information for the transaction. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Service and customer review

iQtions prepares AI-assisted career material from the source you provide. It does not apply for jobs, contact employers automatically, screen candidates for employers, make hiring decisions, or guarantee employment, interviews, income, visas, immigration outcomes, qualifications, or applicant-tracking results.

Packages are generated with AI and are not reviewed by iQtions staff. You must confirm you may use the source and check every generated fact and file before external use. Text and study audio may be AI-generated. This study audio uses an AI-generated voice. It is not a human recording.

Orders, digital delivery, and payment

Before payment, the application shows package contents, one-time price, currency, language add-ons, discounts, applicable tax treatment, estimated delivery timing, payment method, refund and rework conditions, support, and the digital and AI-assisted nature of the service.

A browser return never proves payment. Only a verified Dodo Payments or Stripe webhook, or an authorized Bank Transfer administrator approval, may complete payment and queue one generation job. Where immediate digital performance is requested, a separate acknowledgement is required.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not upload malware or unlawfully obtained data; misrepresent identity, employment, education, or qualifications; bypass payment or access controls; scrape or automate the service; manipulate referrals; or use generated content deceptively.

You retain rights in your source material and receive the generated package for your own lawful use, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. The public fictional sample may be evaluated but its facts must not be presented as real.

Availability, liability, and contact

The service may pause for security, fraud, legal, capacity, provider, or maintenance reasons. AI and third-party services can fail. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
